Vacation Rental Management Reports Improved

Version 1.3.2 has many new features including:

• Added an Update button in Reservation Tracker to check for records whose status needs to be changed to Checked In or Checked Out.
• New Owner Occup. Status in Reservation Tracker keeps these reservations from increasing occupancy rates.
• New Property Management Invoice options include:
• Statement vs Invoice
• Include Guest names
• Exclude Security Deposits
• Exclude Taxes and Other Charges
• Exclude Expenses
• Include Rent based on Arrival Dates, Departure Dates or only for Specified Period
• Include Payments based on Payment Dates or Arrivals or Do not report payments
• Improvements to other Expense Reports.
• Remove Page # option in Statement printing window.
• Availability table now sorts units properly.
• Housekeeping table now sorts units properly.
• Tax Collected fields added to Other Income Tracker.
• Many other minor improvements
