Many Improvements to Rental Property Tracker Plus

Carlton, OR, March 14, 2005 - today SpiritWorks Software released a new version of its popular Rental Property Tracker Plus. An Options button has been added to the Confirmations, Statements and Receipts output window that allows you to add up to four additional sections of text. These can be used for adding policies or other information important to your guest.

Version 1.8.5 has many new features including:

• Notes can now be added to Receipts in Rental Income Tracker.
• Improvements in creating Weekly Income Tracker records.
• More improvements in calculating balances due in Tenant Tracker.
• Expense Tracker's income reporting has been improved.
• Any balance due from a partially paid deposit is now added to the Payment History Report.
• Credits are now handled properly in Rental Income Tracker.
• Several other minor improvements
