New Version of Rental Property Tracker Plus Adds Asset and Work Order Tracking
McMinnville, OR January 12, 2010 -- Rental Property Tracker Plus offers a robust array of features that make it easy to manage long-term tenant rentals and track all the related information. This free trial application from SpiritWorks Software Inc. is available for a one-time fee of $199 and tracks an unlimited number of units.
In addition to creating rent receipts and tenant notices, users can generate leases and a wide variety of income and expense reports. Property Management Invoices for individual owners can also be generated.
A unique feature of the product is a built-in Contact Management module that makes it easy to prepare and send form letters to any or all contacts, vendors, tenants or owners.
New features include an Asset Tracker module that enables property managers to record and manage assets in individual units, including appliances, artwork, furniture, etc. The Work Order Tracker, meanwhile, keeps track of repairs or maintenance schedules.
One of many improvements in this latest version is the Rental Income Tracker component's posting of weekly rental payments. Monthly, multi-monthly and fortnight rental periods are also supported.
