SpiritWorks Software is designed for normal people with accounting software needs. It looks different from most "modern" software because we believe most software has too many menus which are hard for the average user to negotiate. You will find big, easy to read and click buttons which are located in easy to find locations in the software.
SpiritWorks Software users will find that their lists of guests, tenants, units, owners, etc. are very easy to add to, modify or choose from. Each component has its own integrated Help window and many different Reports to choose from.
Some people have a little trouble getting used to the smallish windows, but after using the software for a short time, realize that they have more control over which information is on their screen. You will find that having only the components you are currently working with open, and in the location of your preference, is an efficient way to work.
Many software companies charge extra money for customer support, but users of SpiritWorks Software need so little assistance, that we provide technical support for no additional charge. Guided Tours and printable User Guides are included. The average user needs just a few minutes to familiarize themselves with the software and start using it productively.
