• "Round off times" feature has been improved in the A&E Tracker reports window for easier use and understanding.

• New button in A&E Tracker reports window changes time displayed from Mins to Hours. (See third illustration above.)

• Import either a QuickBooks export file with its projects and activities, or a QuickBooks Timer file. You can also export a QuickBooks Timer file.

• A Project description field can be accessed by clicking the Description button in the Add/Select Projects window.

• An Activity description field can be accessed by clicking the Description button in the Add/Select Activities window.

• In Inventory Tracker you can now add a number of items to the quantity field. If there is already a number in this field, you are asked if you want to replace or add to the old number. If you choose to add, a note is added to the Notes field indicating the date and amount of both the original and new quantity. (See graphic on right.)

• In Schedule Tracker a Show List button has been added below the repeat Until field when it is visible. (See graphic to the right.)

• A Prepare Envelope button has been added to Contact Tracker.

• In Contact Tracker you can import contacts from the Palm Desktop application, MS Outlook (and Outlook Express) or ACT.
