The Rental Unit Tracker component contains information about each of your rental units including a Unit Identification (1) and its street Address (2).
There is also a Description field (3) where you can enter notes about features of the unit or property.
The Notes tab (4) shows the Unit Condition Notes field.
The Unit Cost tab (5) shows the Purchase Date, Cost of Unit including Reconditioning, Mortgage Payment and Balance Due, Sale Date and Sale Amount fields. There is also a button you can click to easily add a mortgage payment for this unit to Rental Expense Tracker. This information can be password protected.
The Tax Info tab (6) shows the Kind of Property and Owner information that is required on some income tax forms.
Information about the Unit's Manager (7) and Tenant (8) are also contained on this record.
The Rent (9a), Rent Due Date (9b) and Lease Expiration Date (9c) are automatically entered when a Tenant is chosen for handy reference.
The Show Unit History button (10) displays a list of all the tenants that have
occupied the unit and the date they moved in.
The Rental Unit Report (11) displays information about any or all of the units and can generate information for income tax forms.
